Garlic and Herb Brie Stromboli

This delicious and cheesy Stromboli will taste like it's fresh from an Italian kitchen! It's the perfect combo of creamy brie cheese, capicola and pepperoni with a flaky dough -- yum!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 brie cheese, Alouette Garlic and Herb wedge
  • 1 pizza dough, Prepared
  • 1 onion, small, sliced and sauteed
  • 1 pepper, red sliced and sauteed
  • 4 ounces mushrooms
  • 6 slices capicola
  • 4 ounces pepperoni


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge on a flat surface.
  3. Using an adjustable wire cheese slicer, slice into six triangle-shaped slices.
  4. Roll out prepared pizza dough and cut into 6 even wedges.
  5. Top each pizza dough wedge with onions, peppers, mushrooms , capicola and pepperoni leaving edges exposed.
  6. Top each prepared piece with a slice of Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes
