A great dip for anything fried, or as an accent to soups, or spread on a sandwich. Use it anywhere!
Make and share this Garlic Aioli recipe from Food.com.
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed (optional)
- Whisk ingredients together.
Oh yes....this was yummy.I had to skip the Tabasco as I was out,and I didn't use capers,as I can't stand the things, but it was still really good.We used it as a dip for various little munchies, including fried chicken strips, chips, crisps and crudities and it was just great...creamy,garlicky,but not overly intense. A million and one uses will ensure that this gets made on a regular basis. Thanks Trinkets. Made for Newest Tag.
