Directions

  1. Spray large saucepan with PAM.
  2. Saute carrots, onion and garlic over low heat until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, orgeno and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Lower heat and simmer (covered about 15 minutes or until beans are tender).
  6. Stir in zucchini and heat additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Serve Hot.
