- 2 cups coarsely grated cabbage
- 1⁄2 cup chopped celery, with tops
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- Mix cabbage, celery, sugar, salt & pepper.
- Combine sour cream and vinegar.
- Toss lightly with cabbage and celery.
- Spoon into serving bowl.
- Garnish withgrated carrots.
