Very nice accompaniment to roast chicken. Comfort food to the max.
- 473.18 ml canned leseur green peas
- 473.18 ml almonds or 473.18 ml water chestnuts
- 59.14 ml margarine, melted
- 1 onion, chopped
- 473.18 ml chopped mushrooms
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 473.18 ml shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs.
- Put in casserole dish.
- Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
