This smoothie will help get your morning off to a great start!
- 1⁄2 cup grapes
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1⁄2 apple
- 2 teaspoons ground flax seeds
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ounce fresh spinach (rinsed well)
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger (frozen works very well)
- 1⁄2 cup water
- Place all ingredients in blender container and process until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more water if desired.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 6 hours.
