This is from Simply Vegan. So simple, but it sounds delicious. This would be a good spread for a wrap too.
- 1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1⁄2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 -2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 -2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
- Serve on whole wheat bread with lettuce. Or as a dip.
