I'm not sure where the name came from but it makes a good dip for tortillas or corn chips.

Directions

  1. Mix olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Add tomatoes, onion, olives and chilies.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Serve with corn chips.
