Cornflake gobs covered in chocolate and peanut butter.
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup white corn syrup
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups corn flakes
- Heat sugar, corn syrup and cocoa in a heavy sauce pan to boiling and then remove.
- Add peanut butter, cornflakes, and vanilla.
- Mix well and drop onto cookie sheet (line with foil or wax paper sprayed with Pam).
- Let cool.

These were good -- my daughter said I have to make them again very soon! I only made a half batch, because when I went to measure the corn flakes I found I only had 1 cup left!
