Official Contest Entry: Simply Potatoes 5Fix. A one skillet dish that is nutritious and satisfying for those nighs when you rush home after the "kids" game.
- 1 (10 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Red Potato Wedges
- 1 lb smoked kielbasa, cut into coins
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1 inch peices
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1⁄2 lb frozen green beans
- Place about 2 Tblsps. of oil into a large skillet. Add sausage, pepper & onion & cook over med. heat until onions are lightly caramalized. Add remaining ingredients, toss together,cover and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
