This was great! Very healthy. We added red and green bell pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. The green onions can be left out but the fresh cilantro is delicious on top! Thanks for the yummy, easy recipe!

  2. Add spices and beans.
  3. Stir.
  4. Add rice.
  5. Mix it all up on the stove.
