This can be used to top an espresso drink, or I'll bet it would be good on fruit too. From Cappuccino Espresso the Book of Beverages by Christie and Thomas Katona.

  1. In a chilled bowl, whip cream until it begins to thicken.
  2. Add sugar and liqueur.
  3. Continue beating until soft peaks form.
  4. Store covered in the refrigerator if not using immediately.
