  1. Quick easy and inexpensive, yet my family ate it up. Reminded me of Johnny Marzetti from my youth. Thanks for Sharing

  2. I thought that this was a very good tasting meal. It is great for a weekday meal. Even my wife and two and a half year old liked it and they doesn't like green peppers. I did use the butter cook the ground beef. I also had to add some water to finish cooking the noodles because it started to get too dry about half way through boiling the noodles. I will most definitely make this again. Thank you so much for sharing.

  3. This was a good, quick and easy weeknight meal. I didn't use the butter to cook the ground beef. I also used onion powder instead of onions so my children would eat it :) The children really enjoyed it.

  4. Quick, easy and I had all the ingredients! Great weeknight meal. I too left out the butter and browned the chopped veggies with the meat. Thanks for posting.

  5. Great quick family-pleasing meal! I omitted the butter and browned the meat with the veggies, drained it and proceeded. I added about 1/2cup of water (rinsed some of the empty crushed tomato can), because it didn't seem like there was enough liquid to simmer the uncooked noddles in. I still had to simmer for about 15 minutes to get the noodles sftened. I also added some garlic for some extra flavor. Overall, very good and will be made again. Thanx for sharing.
