absolutely fabulous,,, i couldnt get short ribs at my local market so i picked up some very thinnly sliced ribeye and marinated it over nite then skewered it and grill it out on the grill,, OMG it was the best ive had outside of a korean restaurant,,, i will be using this again and again,, im also going to try it on chicken,, thanks so much

I let these marinate overnight. Very good! Since this is a pretty tough cut, it likes to be on the grill longer than you might cook other steaks.

As I said I would, I tried this on skirt steaks, marinated them overnight. They were delicious and much more tender than the short ribs. Made for a crowd and not one slice was left. People were back for 2nd & 3rd helpings! Recipe was requested by several guests!! A definite keeper.....

These are great! I took a meat mallet and pounded the flanken thin before marinating. This made the meat tender and cooked quickly. ! Enjoy....
