- 1 rock cornish hen
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1⁄4 cup rau ram or 1⁄4 cup coriander or 1⁄4 cup mint, chopped (or a combination of coriander and mint)
- boil hen with salt. pull meat from hen and cut into chunks.
- combine hen with all ingredients and seasoned with salt and pepper.
