This recipe was goes back to WWII when you could get balogna "ends" from your local grocer for pennies. .

  1. Cook onion and garlic in butter or oil in large frying pan until transparent. Add bologna and brown lightly. Add ketchup and water. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes. Mix 1/4 cup cold water with 1 T. cornstarch and use this to thicken your sauce. Serve this over mashed potatoes, rice or bread.
