- 6 cups shredded red cabbage
- 3 carrots, shredded
- 1 bunch of thinly shredded scallion
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 9 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 9 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh grated gingerroot
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons asian chili-garlic sauce
- 1 1⁄2 cups honey roasted peanuts
- 1 1⁄2 cups raisins
- 6 tablespoons toasted toasted sesame seeds
- Mix all ingredients . Let stand over night.
