Light and spicy
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- 1 1⁄2 lbs tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 3 links hot Italian sausages
- 1 lb fusilli
- 1 teaspoon parsley, minced
- In large skillet heat oil, garlic and red pepper flakes over medium heat until garlic is browned.
- Add tomatos
- Stir in sausage.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked pasta and parsley to sauce.
