Quite tasty. I hadn't been grocery shopping so I had to substitute whole grain elbows for fusilli, dried parsley for fresh, and butter+milk for heavy cream. Still, it was very good. My husband had seconds, and we have plenty for leftovers. A+

Really liked the flavor of this recipe! I didn't have Hot sausage so I just added Crushed Red Pepper Flakes to it and it turned out Yum! I followed the recipe but didn't use Marinara sauce, just 2 8oz cans of Tomato Sauce and it was still yummy! The whole family gave it a Thumbs Up! Will definately make again!

This was terrific. Instead of tomato sauce, I used 1/2 a jar of spaghetti sauce. Otherwise I followed all the instructions. We served the sauce on top of thin spaghetti. Yum!
