"This is a meatloaf for Westie friends of mine, hope you enjoy it! We love it!!! You can use 2 types of meat, beef, deer, turkey, lamb."

• Yields: 1 loaf
• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans string beans
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups oats (uncooked)
• 1 cup spinach, chopped up
• 2 carrots, finely chopped

directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. spray pan with non-stick spray.
3. Form meatloaf.
4. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
