I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. It was posted by Dianne S.
- 1⁄2 frozen sliced banana (start off with maybe 1/4th to make sure you don't dump)
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons low-carb peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup crushed ice or 2 -3 ice cubes
- 8 ounces nonfat milk or 8 ounces Hood carb countdown milk or 8 ounces soymilk
- Blend in a magic bullet cup for 30 or so seconds.
