Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 frozen sliced banana (start off with maybe 1/4th to make sure you don't dump)
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons low-carb peanut butter
  • 12 cup crushed ice or 2 -3 ice cubes
  • 8 ounces nonfat milk or 8 ounces Hood carb countdown milk or 8 ounces soymilk


  1. Blend in a magic bullet cup for 30 or so seconds.
  2. Enjoy!
