- 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped finely
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- In a bowl, combine everything with a fork, smashing the feta as you blend. Serve on crostini or pita chips.
