Easy and refreshing. Great as a leftover the next day. I think I might add artichoke hearts next time.
Very good, but I HIGHLY recomand you reduce the garlic to 1 1/2 tsp. instead of 1 Tbsp. It seamed there was garlic in very bight, and after a while, it was TOO much! But, on the 'lighter' side, I will be making this again. I loved it! Be sure to use BLACK olives, green ones might be to salty.. :D
Very tasty and easy. Made this on a warm spring evening as the main meal, served with foccacia. I used cherry tomatoes and penne, and omitted the green onion. I used 8 oz of noodles, and there was plenty for 4, plus leftovers for lunch. Yummy!
I made this to go with Easter dinner and it was very good! I skipped the cucumber and used bunny shaped noodles. Thank you so much for posting!! :)
