    Bergy's Note:

This is another quick throw together, close to junk food dinner. When you are busy nutrition sometimes flies out the window and comfort food climbs in. Make it spicy or don't add any hot sauce, use fresh garlic & onions or follow the recipe - your choice

Bergy, this was delicious, and very easy to make, I just used regular Italian sausages for this, and served it on a large crusty bun. DS and myself thoroughly enjoyed it for dinner tonight, I'll be making this again, it is so good! thanks so much for sharing!..... Kittencal:)
