      Add rum, kahlua, sugar in a highball glass half filled with ice. Stir.

      When sugar is dissolve, add spices and complete with cold espresso.

      Slowly pour the heavy cream on the back of a spoon.

      This was good but maybe I put too much cloves in it. I thought that the spices overpowered the drink. Will make again with less than a pinch!

      Mu husband loved this and took my glass of it. When I made me a new glass I topped it with canned whipped cream instead of the heavy cream.

      Oh, this stuff is good! I used fat free evap milk in place of the cream. I had to mix in the milk either because it isn't cream and won't float OR because I'm a really lousy drink maker (or both?). It's smooth, and rich and tastes like coffee! whats not to love? Made for Photo Tag, Halloween.
