This was a delicious meal and my family thought so too! It was pretty watery in the bottom. Is it supposed to do that? Maybe I did something wrong. Like I said though, it was delicious. : )

The bottom of this was extremely watery, but the overall flavor was okay.

Hearty casserole but a little bland. I highly recommend mixing the rice and cheeses together before spooning over the beef. Some of the rice along the edges that were missed by the cheeses never cooked.

This was tasty. Very easy to assemble. The tomatoes and parmesan on top is a nice addition. The next time I make this I think I'll cut down on the oregano a bit. It seemed like it was a little to strong tasting. (But then again, it could be my famiy's own personal taste.) But, definitely a keeper, always looking for something new to use zucchini in. Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful. One of the best low fat comfort foods i've found. My boyfriend loves it. I used 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, and half fat parm.

You're right; this is a delicioius winner. I prepared it precisely as written and wouldn't change a thing! A simple salad and glass of wine makes this a perfect dinner. We'll be making this for company next time. Thanks for posting, Judekins.
