Can't beleive no one has reviewed these yet! I have a one year old son and he loves these! I love them too! We make a batch and eat a few...then freeze the rest. They are great to pop out for breakfast or an anytime mommy or toddler snack. Yummy and good for you, too!
Can I put sour cream . all spice ground . brown sugar .and no zucchini .
These were pretty good. A bit on the dry side, which I suppose it to be expected with the lack of any oil. I didn't have any zucchini on hand so I substituted carrot. These were very good with a little Smart Balance on them. My kids liked them and so did I. We had them for dinner along with a bit of cheese, yogurt and some fruit. Thanks for a simple weeknight dinner!
