This is not takis fuego powder. Do not make the same mistake I did. It does go rather well on chicken though.
Easy to throw together and tasty too. I needed this for a recipe I was making (Chevy's Pork Carnitas). I have extra and plan to use it up! Not too spicy, but flavorful.
Outstanding, on over easy eggs - make sure you turn over egg and let the Fuego cook; kale chips; popcorn; just about anything. Our new favorite spice! Yummy.
Used this to season my flank steak and on quartered zuccini/squash/onions. Grilled up the steak and veggies for fajitas. Wonderful combination of flavorful spice--not too hot in the final dish. Will be using this spice combination frequently. Thanks!
I've been using this for years. It's great on burgers, ribs, pulled pork, chicken...well, just about everything.
I have been making this for a couple of years now! It is a wonderful all purpose seasoning & rub. We don't use anything else for brisket! I like to spice mine up with homegrown mesquite smoked peppers!
