I look for "stove top" recipes because I do not have an oven, so I'll go right ahead an preheat my non-existent oven for this """stove top""" brownies :P

WHY is this called "stove top" brownies when it involves a GLASS BAKING DISH AND AN OVEN?? I'm currently staying at a place that lacks an oven and was specifically looking for whether it's possible to bake STOVE TOP desserts. AS IF I DON'T know HOW to make regular baked brownies! My recipe is better, I can tell just by looking at it, it's less sweet. Put me down for feeling angry and decieved :O

These brownies came out chewy and fudgy but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. The next time, I will reduce the sugar.

Made this for a family BBQ last weekend. I used half chocolate chips and half peanut butter chips. Everyone loved it! Even my bf who hates desserts ate 2 pieces!!

This was the ultimate brownie. I knew I had a winner just mixing the ingredients, not dry, beautifully dark, and not overally wet. This was Oh soo... fudgey with a light sheen of a top crust. I buy chocolate chips in bulk so I used my kitchen scale to measure the chips to make sure everything was 'perfect'. I did add chopped walnuts since my family loves nuts in their brownies.
