This is a simple pie to make. It's great served warm with ice cream and hot fudge sauce!
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 30 minutes at 350*.
Wow, I was about to panic. I made this last week and we all loved it. Today I wanted to make it to take to a neighbor as a "thank you" and I couldn't find my copy. Apparently I hadn't reviewed it. So, I am taking care of that right now. Quick, easy, wonderful taste. I did add a few pecans. When I first took it out of the oven I thought it wasn's cooked enough, but I'm glad I didh't cook it any longer because it set up as it cooled. Thanks
