This is a quick never fail fudge recipe that I found on the outside of marshmallow creme that Kraft foods makes.

It was easy to make but sorry, I totally have to agree with your previous reviewer. Homemade fudge has always been part of our Carol Festival traditions, this past year I too used this recipe over the Christmas season. Made exactly as posted using good quality chocolate with the same disappointing results, dense and grainy as well as overly sweet. Nothing like the old fashioned fudge I have been making since childhood. Used good quality chocolate - candy maybe but fudge - sorry no.

  1. LINE 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan; set aside. Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 minute or until candy thermometer reaches 234°F, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat.
  2. ADD chocolate and marshmallow creme; stir until completely melted. Add walnuts and vanilla; mix well.
