- Mix sugar carnation milk and cocoa together in a heavy sauce pan.
- Cook on med. heat.
- Let boil.
- Drop into cold water until it forms a soft ball.
- Add butter and vanila.
- Let cool.
- Beat until it thickens.
- Pour into small pan, let it set, and cut.
