FSD = Fat Smash Diet. Originally posted on the FatSmashForum.com recipes forum by sandyt. Cooking time includes 30 minutes of marinating time, as this is a "no-cook" recipe. The lentils and soybeans should be the canned ones, 'zaar did not recognize "canned lentils" or "canned soybeans" as an ingredient.
- 15 ounces soybeans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1⁄2 cup lentils, drained and rinsed
- 1⁄4 cup fat-free honey mustard dressing
- 1⁄8 cup red onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups red leaf lettuce, torn
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl, except lettuce.
- Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Serve over lettuce.
