This is what happened when I went hunting through my cupboards looking for something to go with my leftover turkey.
- 16 ounces turkey breast, chopped (cooked)
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1⁄8 cup onion, chopped
- 1⁄8 cup pecans, chopped (I used glazed)
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
- 4 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Serve on bed of lettuce or on your favorite toast.
