- 1⁄2 gallon vanilla sherbet, softened
- 2 (8 ounce) packages frozen unsweetened raspberries, partially thawed
- 2 bananas, firm, diced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- Place sherbet in a bowl.
- Fold in remaining ingredients and freeze for 3 hours.
