This isn't much of a "recipe" but it is sooo good when you want something sweet!
- 2 rice cakes
- 1⁄4 cup non-fat strawberry yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries (you can use anything really)
- Divide yogurt evenly between rice cakes.
- Top with berries.
These make a great breakfast. I loved the sweetness from the yogurt balanced with the berries. I like Chobani nonfat strawberry Greek yogurt the best, so used that, with strawberries and raspberries for the berries. I can easily eat 2 of these for breakfast, but maybe if you were just having a quick snack or dessert you would eat just one. Yummy combo!
