This isn't much of a "recipe" but it is sooo good when you want something sweet!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 rice cakes
  • 14 cup non-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 12 cup blueberries (you can use anything really)

Directions

  1. Divide yogurt evenly between rice cakes.
  2. Top with berries.

These make a great breakfast. I loved the sweetness from the yogurt balanced with the berries. I like Chobani nonfat strawberry Greek yogurt the best, so used that, with strawberries and raspberries for the berries. I can easily eat 2 of these for breakfast, but maybe if you were just having a quick snack or dessert you would eat just one. Yummy combo!
