I just got this breakfast idea from a National Body Challenge email. This sounds great!! I can't wait to try. Cooking time is freezing time.
- 1⁄2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple-orange-banana juice
- 1⁄3 cup of sliced banana
- 6 blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- Stir it all together. Freeze overnight in a container or in a paper cup. It will be ready to go by morning. As you let it defrost, you'll have a refreshing slushy. Or, if you use a paper cup, you can eat it like a frozen push-pop.
