Got this from 1998 Southern Living. Thought it sounded really nice and doesn't need ice cubes.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 large bananas
  • 6 ounces cans frozen apple-grape juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted.
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 12 cup soft tofu (optional)

Directions

  1. Slice bananas into 1 inch pieces, freeze on baking tins.
  2. Blend frozen bananas with all other ingredients until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. You may like to experiment with other fruits.
