This is a great punch for picnics. I recomend using fresh lemon juice as it tends to be less bitter than bottled. Also, leaving the mint in too long can add a bitter flavor.
- 4 cups apple juice
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups apricot nectar
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 6 sprigs mint
- 2 apples, unpeeled and chopped
- In a pitcher combine juices.
- Add sprigs of mint and chill.
- To serve, remove mint and pour juice over crushed ice.
- Add apples and serve immediately.
