This is a great punch for picnics. I recomend using fresh lemon juice as it tends to be less bitter than bottled. Also, leaving the mint in too long can add a bitter flavor.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups apple juice
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups apricot nectar
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 6 sprigs mint
  • 2 apples, unpeeled and chopped


  1. In a pitcher combine juices.
  2. Add sprigs of mint and chill.
  3. To serve, remove mint and pour juice over crushed ice.
  4. Add apples and serve immediately.
