Fruity Peanut Spread

This kid-friendly spread makes a great sandwich or a dip for fresh fruit. To us as a dip, add extra orange juice, until it's the right consistency.

Just wanted to mention that the nutritional information on this is based on 503g. That's the equivalent of about 32 Tablespoons of peanut butter! So it's nowhere near as scary as it looks. =)

Directions

  1. In a food processor, chop apple and cranberries. In a smll bowl, combine peanun butter, orange juice and cinnamon.
  2. Stir apple/cranberry mixture into peanut butter mixture until combined. Cover and refrigerate.
