    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350.

      In a large bowl, combine the oats, almnds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed.

      In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, oil, salt and cinamon.

      Cook and stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until brown sugar is dissolved and mixture is heated through.

      Stir in vanilla.

      Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
    7. 7
      Pour over oat mixture and toss to coat.

      Transfer to 15 inch by 10 inch by 1 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

      Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 8 minutes.

      Allow to cool on a wire rack and stir in dried fruits.

      Store in an airtight container.
