Well I can't say this was good... but it wasn't bad either... It was interesting. Good protein, very low in fats, low cal and good fiber for a little snack.

  1. Add the peach cubes to the cottage cheese and blend thoroughly.
  2. Top with almonds.
  3. Chill and eat.
