- 1⁄4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 peach, sliced and cubed
- 3 slivered almonds
- Add the peach cubes to the cottage cheese and blend thoroughly.
- Top with almonds.
- Chill and eat.
Well I can't say this was good... but it wasn't bad either... It was interesting. Good protein, very low in fats, low cal and good fiber for a little snack.
