- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 1⁄2 cup grated carrot
- 1 (8 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- 1 1⁄2 cups coarsely chopped apples
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- In large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, pineapples with juice, raisins, apples and lemon juice.
- Toss well.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
- Marinate overnight.
- Drain before serving.
