  • 12 lb creamy deli fruit salad
  • 1 cup chopped roasted deli chicken
  • 8 lettuce leaves
  • 4 pita breads, cut in half and gently separated to form pocket

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine fruit salad and chopped chicken.
  2. Line pita breads with lettuce leaves and carefully spoon chicken mixture into the breads.
  3. Enjoy a hearty sandwich!
