- 473.18 ml cubed cooked chicken breasts
- 473.18 ml cubed cantaloupe
- 473.18 ml cubed honeydews
- 311.84 g can mandarin oranges, drained
- 236.59 ml green grape
- 236.59 ml halved fresh strawberries
- 118.29 ml thinly sliced celery
- 29.58 ml finely chopped green onions
- 59.14 ml reduced-fat sour cream
- 44.37 ml reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 14.79 ml orange juice concentrate
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 1.23 ml celery salt
- 19.71-24.64 ml water
- 1 leaf lettuce
- 59.14 ml sliced almonds, toasted
directions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, fruit, celery and onion. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, orange juice concentrate, sugar and celery salt. Add enough water to achieve drizzling consistency. Place lettuce on plates; top with chicken mixture. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.
