- 6 -8 ice cubes
- 1⁄2 cup cubed cantaloupe, chilled
- 1⁄2 cup pineapple chunk
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry juice, chilled
- 1⁄3 cup sliced banana
- 1⁄4 cup pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3⁄4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
This is one of the best fruit smoothie drinks I have tried. It had a slushy consistency and lots of tangy fruit flavor. Cold enough to quench our thirst. I plan on making them again this weekend for our out-of-town company. Hootie Hoo!!
I made this for my nieces' visit. They are really into fruit drinks. This was packed with fruit flavor. Just the right amount of sweetness but with plenty of tart taste as well. The girls and I (husband too) very much enjoyed this and all gave it 5 ***** Thanks for sharing.
