Delicious! I made a half recipe and used apricot preserves. We enjoyed it on English muffins and toast. I can't wait to try it as a sandwich spread. Thank you for sharing this quick, wonderful recipe...it is definitely a keeper! **Made for 2013 Football Conference Playoffs**

I made this with light cream cheese and peach preserves. Delicious on a turkey sandwich or alone on graham crackers. Thanks for the recipe!

I gave this 3 stars. I really liked this it was very good. I used strawberry preserves as that's what I had on hand and like. I used this as a spread on bagels. I cut the recipe in half. I also increase the preserves to 1/3 cup to suit my taste. My future hubby actually said that this tasted a whole lot better then the store bought. Thanks for posting a really good recipe. Great recipe!. I also use pineapple preserves with this instead of purchasing the EXPENSIVE pineapple cream cheese spread made by Kraft. My favorite to mix with this is the apricot preserves. This is simple and I am glad you have posted.
