Great recipe! I loved the combination of fruits along with the ham. I only used one squash so adjusted the ingredients also using less ham than called for. We really enjoyed it and will make again. Thanks for sharing. Made for Football Pool 2012.

This was a fabulous recipe. Even my kids enjoyed it, and they usually won't eat squash. The apple/orange combo with the brown sugar syrup made for a fabulous flavor addition to the squash. I will definitely make this again. My only criticism is that the amount of ham was more than was needed (though it might be that I picked squash that were on the small size). Even filling the 4 squash halves to overflowing, I still had enough filling for another squash half. So next time I think I will reduce the amount of ham to 1 cup. Thanks for sharing this recipe, loof.
