  1. Apple or pear wedges and crackers.
  2. Combine first four ingredients in mixing bowl.
  3. Beat with electric mixer until blended.
  4. Place mixture into ungreased 9" pie pan.
  5. Bake at 375 for 14-16 minutes.
  6. Serve with assorted fruit wedges and crackers.
